Optician
As a pacific northwesterner raised in Olympia, Washington, Haylee has been calling Bellingham home for over half a decade. She recently graduated from Western Washington University, and loved it here so much she decided to stay!
Animals have always been a big interest of hers, and she currently lives with her 4 year old crested gecko named Loki. Whenever she gets the chance, she loves relaxing with a good book or by exploring Bellingham’s live music scene.
Optometric Technician
Anita was born and raised in Whatcom County, leaving only briefly to attend The American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City. During the pandemic, they devoted themself to serving as a preschool teacher and an after school arts program supervisor and art teacher. They are happy to be back home in Bellingham, living with their partner, Zach, and their beautiful calico cat, Paprika.
When not in clinic, Anita enjoys volunteering at the Bellingham food bank, as well as celebrating the wonders of this beautiful area in which we live - theater, fine art, backpacking, and biking.
Optometric Float
Native to Skagit County, Alondra has been living her dream providing healthcare to her community since 2017. Initially emersing herself into Optometry as a technician, Alondra eventually found herself getting certified as an optician through the American Board of Opticianry in 2020 and as an Paraoptometric Assistant in 2021. When not serving patients at Sehome Eye Care, Alondra is furthering her education, currently at Western Washington University or enjoying the food, music and culture that the PNW and beyond has to offer.
Patient Care Coordinator, Referral Coordinator
Born and raised in Bellingham and currently tending to a garden in beautiful Custer, Washington, Arden has been living and working in the area their whole life. After graduating from Washington State University, they put down roots in Custer and became interested in working in healthcare. They currently intend to pursue a degree in Counseling Psychology and are interested in specializing in art therapy. When not in clinic, Arden spends their free time painting, sculpting, and cultivating heirloom plants with the help of their cat Freddie and their dog Sunshine.
